Suggestions for HMIS
We welcome any suggestions for improving HMIS in any way. Please feel free to e-mail ReAnne Hart (reanne@uhmis.org), the Director of Utah HMIS.

Up-Coming Trainings
UHMIS conducts several certification trainings. These traings will certify users in three trainings:

- Case Management Certification
- Program Management Certification
- Administrator Certification

The Case Management trainings will be conducted via www.gotomeeting.com every other week. The other two certifications will be held every two to three months. The agenda and registration forms are available. Please fill out the registration form and e-mail it to rachelle@uhmis.org or fax it to (801)505-7825.

Domestic Violence Statistical Report

Domestic Violence Shelters that receive Continuum of Care (CoC) funding are still required to participate in HMIS, but they don't have to enter information directly into the MetSYS system. HMIS requests that Domestic Violence Shelters utilize the Domestic Violence Shelter Monthly Report to supply their monthly statistics to HMIS for participation. This information will be provided to the LHCCs on a monthly basis and be incorporated into the HMIS Monthly Report to the State.

Participation levels for CoC prioritization:

Monthly = Complete Participation
Bi-Monthly = Mid Level Participation
Quarterly = Minimum Participation

Please fill out the Domestic Violence Shelter Monthly Report on a monthly basis and send it to ReAnne Hart (reanne@uhmis.org). If you have questions, please feel free to contact her at 801-505-7826(office) and 801-520-8109(cell)
